Your Order Cancellation and Return Rights
Any Goods You purchase may only be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy.
Our Returns Policy forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Please review Our Returns Policy for further information regarding Your right to cancel an Order and request a return or refund.
You may request the cancellation or return of an Order within 7 days of receiving Your Order, provided that the Goods are returned in the same condition in which You received them. The Goods should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, together with all product instructions, documents, accessories, and wrappings, where applicable.
Goods that have been damaged, used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product, or are not returned in the same condition as received may not be eligible for a refund. You are therefore expected to take reasonable care of the purchased Goods while they are in Your possession.
Once We receive and inspect the returned Goods, We will process Your refund within 7 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method You used to place the Order, and You will not incur any additional fees for the refund.
You will not have the right to cancel or return an Order for the following Goods:
- Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods which, by their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have passed their expiry date.
- Goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery.
- Goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature.
- Digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, where performance has begun with Your prior express consent and You have acknowledged that You thereby lose Your right to cancel the Order.
For the avoidance of doubt, the applicable return period is 7 days from the date of delivery, and the refund will be processed within 7 days after We receive the returned Goods, subject to the Goods meeting the applicable return conditions.
